Bereavement Ministry

The Bereavement Ministry of the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus serves the mourning families with comfort, support and healing through a loss.

Meet with the family in planning the funeral services and reviewing the funeral guidelines
Send sympathy cards to the bereaved family
Facilitate in the wake and funeral services
Annually, send invitation to the family of the deceased to attend the All Soul’s Day Memorial Mass especially offered for their beloved dead.

To be a member of this ministry gives one the opportunity to grow spiritually by showing your love, compassion and service within the community of God.

This ministry is a calling to serve with a generous heart and willingness to share time, talent and treasure with our neighbors in need because of the loss of a loved one.
